PROOF OF VACCINATION REQUIRED FOR EVENTS & PRIVATE CRUISES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:
In compliance with New York State Mandate, the Vessels where our events & private cruises are held will require all attendess to provide proof of vaccination
for all cruises while the NYS Mandate is in effect.
At least 1 Shot of the active Covid-19 Vaccine is required by the yachts for entrance to all vessels.
FOR PROOF OF VACCINATION, YOU CAN USE THE FOLLOWING:

CDC Vaccination Card: A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable.
•
NYC Vaccination Record or other official immunization record from within or outside the U.S., including from your health care provider:
A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable. If you are unable to get this record, call 311.
•
NYC COVID Safe App: Android | iOS. You can upload to this app a photo of your CDC vaccination card or other official record, along with your photo ID.
•
Excelsior Pass (or Excelsior Pass Plus): To use this app, you will need the phone number or email address associated with your NYC vaccination record.
If you are unable to use this app, try one of the other options listed above.
We strive to keep everyone Covid free and healthy for the best experience but please note any interaction with the general public poses a risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event, so we advise you to practice social distancing while at the event and follow our safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions.
To address Previously Postponed Events from 2020:
• Tickets purchased for cruises that were postponed due to changes within local and state orders in 2020 will have an exchange credit for the 2021 season.
Guests have been emailed a list of dates to select an exchange date to attend. If you purchased tickets and have not received this email with a list of 2021 date, please email us at
events@lowerdeckproductions.com. Please advise that Special Events Do Not Apply to an exchange credit. Once again, as per our ticket policy, there are no refunds and only exchange credits will be offered for these previously postponed events.
