If an event is postponed you may request a refund for the value of the ticket. To request a refund you must forward your original email receipt to newyearseve@lowerdeckproductions.com. Refund requests must be made within five days of the event's originally scheduled date. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled there are no refunds.
