Birthday Packages are Based on the Amount of Tickets purchased through the personalized birthday webpage that we create for you to send to your guests. Tickets start at $25 per person (price is subject to change) & each package has a minimum amount of tickets that must be purchased in order to receive that package. There are no additional package fees for a birthday package other than the price of the tickets & credit card processing fees associated with the ticket purchases.

- We will send you a link to your birthday webpage
- Send the link to your friends to view info & buy tickets
- We willl send you email updates periodically with a list of your guests that have purchased tickets.
The webpage is sent immediately however the complete package itself is Not confirmed until the minimum amount of tickets have been purchased. All tickets are first come, first serve so your guests will need to purchase tickets before the event is sold out. If you do not reach the minimum amount of tickets purchase needed, then you will not receive the birthday package which includes your free admission as the birthday person, meaning you will have to pay for your own ticket. Advise your guests to purchase tickets as soon as possible as all of our cruise events are sold out well in advance. All tickets are non-refundable, even if you choose not to have your birthday celebration on the cruise.

| *Reserved Tables do not have seating for entire party at one time, but everyone in your group will have access to your tables all night. There are approximately 10 seats per table on the first level of the Nautical Empress. Seating is available, but not guaranteed for each Guest. This is a Dance Cruise!* Tables are reserved for birthdays or special package reservations. Tables will feature the cake, supplies (forks, plates, plastic knife, & candles), as well as reserved signs with the birthday person's name on the tables upon arrival. Any of your birthday guests may sit at your tables, however not every guest will be able to sit at one time. The tables are offered for the birthday cake and to allow you to have some seating for guests to take breaks from dancing and sit down. The amount of tables you receive depends on the package level you reach. We only guarantee up to 2 tables (if you reach package #3). We do not provide more than 2 tables even if you go over the minimum amount of guests within Package #3. Examples of the tables offered within the package are featured in the photos above - the tables are examples from the Nautical Empress only. Examples are subject to change if the event is on a different vessel. |
